YSMENA Trans Photovoice Art Exhibit
During 2025, members of the trans MENA community participated in a trans photovoice study through a Community-Based Participatory Research through Arts-Based Approaches. In November of 2025, the members, in partnership with YSMENA, hosted their first art exhibit, Stories of Resilience and Be/Longing, in Toronto Canada.
YSMENA is not only honoured to be a part of this amazing exhibit, but to also be connected to this study and community. For more information on the study, please see the research titled CIHR Funded YSMENA Trans Photovoice Study.
