Session 3 - Healthcare Panel: Serving MENA Youth in Sexual Health

Hear from a panel of established healthcare practitioners and leaders about their experiences serving diverse communities in sexual health in Toronto and Ontario. Infectious disease specialist Dr. Mona Loutfy and Dr. Alan Wai, psychiatrist specializing in mental health and HIV care will share their experiences in a session moderated by YSMENA's lead researcher; Dr. Roula Hawa. Session 4  - Layered Realities: Sex, Desire, Race and Health Among Gay and MSM MENA Youth

Learn of research findings specific to MENA youth who identify as gay or as men who have sex with men (MSM), followed by discussion with key community partners. Peer Research Associate, Ahmad Ezzeddine will be presenting key themes for this population-specific group followed by Dr. Mona Loutfy who will facilitate an engaging conversation with community leaders.
